Insurance

I am in network with most major insurance companies, including:

Please be aware that I may not be in network with all sub-plans. If you plan to use your insurance, I recommend connecting with your insurance company directly to fully understand your benefits.

Please be aware that you are responsible for understanding your insurance plan and estimate of benefits (EOB). You may be required to pay a co-payment or coinsurance depending on your plan. You are responsible for payment for sessions should your insurance company not cover, any, all or some services. If you have questions about coverage, please contact your insurance provider.

Private Pay

Individual Session: $175

Couples Session: $175

Rate is based on a clinical hour (53 to 55 minutes).

Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you cancel or reschedule your session with less than the required notice, you will be charged a fee of $100.*

If you are using your insurance, please know that most insurance companies will not reimburse for missed sessions.

*Medicaid clients are exempt from cancellation fees. However, if you late cancel or miss more than 2 sessions, services may be terminated at my discretion.
